Why
are these homes so inexpensive?
A
major expense of any home is the land that home is built upon. The
land can cost almost as much as the home itself. Diamond Village has
a high land density, 41 units on approx. 5 acres, therefore each unit
uses less land and allows us to put the money into the home and not
land costs. The homes at Diamond Village are of high quality. We
offer 2x6 outside walls, 9' ceilings, 42" oak cabinets with
sliding shelves, gas heat and hot water, wood trim & doors, and
fire resistant lap siding on all sides of the house.

Who
is the builder at Diamond Village?
The
construction portion of Diamond Village is personally managed by
Manfred Duske. He has a very hands-on approach, and works to provide
each purchaser with a custom crafted home. You will not find assembly
line construction at Diamond Village. Manfred carefully oversees the
construction of each home and allows each purchaser to have input
concerning the final touches; personalizing their home to their own
needs and desires. He works closely with each buyer to accommodate
their individual wishes and goes out of his way to make the home
buying experience as easy as possible.

Is
there a homeowner's association? Dues?
Each
homeowner is responsible for paying monthly dues of $130
to the Diamond Village Owners Association. These dues cover water
and sewer, home insurance, and the maintenance and upkeep on all
common areas.
